Earth

Earth, and in particular the Great Continent, are divided in numerous kingdoms and and empires. No magic, only humans and ordinary weapons/tools in a fantasy setting. The only particularity are the Paoumotous, humans with some small physical differences ( red eyes, brown skin, white hair and slightly above average strength, although this last part have a drawback) living on a big archipelago     Throughout the last few centuries, the Ebenenian Empire has been steadily rising on the Great Continent and its current ruler, Eugen Bärenkiller, is already thinking about the future of his country: who, among his four sons, is the most suitable successor? To test them and decide who will become his heir, the Emperor lends each of them a province to rule and make prosper, economically and militarily, for ten years.   Can the Empire really grow stronger from this experiment? Many countries hold some grudges against it and some recently conquered cities have yet to be totally pacified. Would the power struggle between the princes start to become vicious, the Ebenenian Empire might collapse on itself.
