Anatomy

They resemble the physical structure of their non-demon parent. The child born from such a union possesses most of the typical traits of their non-demon ancestors, but with a notable increase in horns and usually a change in skin tone or eye color.

Genetics and Reproduction

Tieflings, by nature of their mismatched parentage, can only procreate with inherently otherworldly creatures, other abyssal creatures, celestials, etc.
