Twilight Eyes
The Twilight Eyes are a continental organization. They devote their lives to the acquisition of knowledge and the management of it. One of their primary tenets holds that information is not just power, it's deadly power. In the wrong hands, information can destroy the world. In the right ones, they mainly believe theirs, the world can be made better.
They work to gather everything and store it in their archive, but restrict access for the sake of control. It is only those approved by the Council at the head of the organization who might have access to the archives, and usually only after they have proven themselves many times over.
