A Rejection
Dearest Warden,
I should note that even as I write this letter, I am terrified of the complexities of what I ask you to do. What you have been asking for is possible but cannot be considered as a unique and singular event in this whole world. I am aware that while you ask for the engineering and technology to be developed by our architects, I cannot guarantee that they would be able to accept it, let alone produce it. I understand that your aim is to develop and execute the technology as a way to document and possibly communicate with the worlds beyond. While I appreciate that your theoretical capabilities are likely possible, even in the slightest of successes. I am concerned that there is too much risk involved in documenting such a vast and comprehensive understanding of the organisation itself, let alone the world, that would require such access to information that it would go above the access level that you have been granted thus far. What is the end goal of this project? Who is the intended audience for the documentation? What precautions would be taken to avoid the identification of the different memebrs of the organization let alone those who are unaware of the information that we possess on them. Again this comes back to the discussion of access level. It is possible that the information you are sending will leave an impact on a person who reads it and even more than likely that their knowledge and access level would be nowhere near the right level. While I consider you a close friend, I am hesitant to join your mission, despite my excitement by the possibilities you put forth. I hope that your order are successful in what you wish to achieve in the long term. Regards,
Warden V. H. Coremane in the 8th degree.
