Broadgate Castle

Seat of the Vasey family

Broadgate Castle is a square stone keep in the centre of the city of Broadgate, and is home to the Vasey family who lead it. It has four towers, one on each corner, and a large courtyard in the middle. The keep itself is two storeys high, plus a basement level. It was one of the first permanent structures to be built in the city.   Though relatively starkly decorated on the outside, the inside of the castle is sumptuous and cosy. Thick tapestries hang on the walls, and portraits of the Vasey family hang throughout its halls.
