Hutsaih is a relatively small country on the northern coast of the continent of Oyekos, but it is the nucleus of the mighty Hutsai Empire. Like most of northern Oyekos, it is made up mostly of desert; however, the river known as the Yanxia - or the Father - flows through the country, its annual floods creating fertile land along its banks.
Hutsai is ruled by an emperor, who is backed by a group of thirteen elite warriors.
