The Iktine are the group of dragons native to the island of Iktani, a small nation in the north of the continent of Caia. They are a tribal people, split into seven tribes with their own traditions, but they see themselves as one nation. They come together several times a year to talk about the health of the island, communicate issues, and to celebrate their biggest festivals.
Each tribe has their own permanent settlement. Each is located at the mouth of a cave, with easy access to the geothermal springs that lie under the mountains or in the valleys.
