The Sun's Hollow Boarding House

A place to stay

Built only five years before the destruction of the village of Sun's Hollow, the boarding house was a controversial addition to the small community. It was built to house itinerant workers during the crucial apple harvest and subsequent brewing, as the operation had grown beyond what had been envisioned by the founders. The community was concerned that the presence of these workers could lead to a strain on resources, or an increased crime rate, but these fears were unfounded.   The boarding house was built mostly of wood, designed for function over comfort. It could house up to ten men in a large dormitory and had a separate cooking and eating space.   The boarding house was uninhabited at the time of the landslide.
