Shadow Queen

The Everqueen's sister. Surface elves associate the Shadow Queen with darkness, manipulation and condemnation. The story goes that when the Everqueen first created the elves her sister, jealous of her creative powers, secluded a number of these elves underground and altered their physiology enough that she felt she could call them her very own creation: the drow.
Some elves consider her an essential counterpart to the Everqueen, while others just hate her and what she stands for. When browsing the library at the Institute of the Third Eye, Tally uncovered rumours of Shadow Queen worship within the city.
On the 6th of Stone, Wisp told Tally that the Shadow Queen is currently asleep, but that this doesn't quite mean the same for deities as it does for mortals.
