The Tablwood
The Tablwood is a vast woodland that spans most of northern Estoya to the black march in the north. Ever since the tablin came, they lived in the woods outside of Rouxsgate. The people of Estoya named the wood after them for this reason. The tablin have lived here even before it was there own. It is a land of abundance where few go hungry. The many resources it provides make it a valuable asset for Estoya. Many Estoyans make their home in the Tablwood, not just the tablin. Some choose living among the tablin or training at the temples of the various monastic orders that reside there over city life.
The tablin are more than capable defenders and spend a lot of time doing so as the wailing wood and the black March lie on their borders. The tablwood is filled with villages. Some are in trees, in caves, underground, and others are built more traditionally in clearings. The temples are usually found in rocky areas built into hillsides and the harrow mountains. While you rarely see any true infrastructure, the tablin have found very effective ways of implementing infrastructure without harming the natural parts of the wood.
Buildings in the Tablewood are often made of wood clay or stone and, the monastic temples being an exception, usually appear to be primitive. The major reason for this is that the tablin don't cut down trees and instead scavenge the ground for branches.
Tablin are the only crafters of ironbark armor and The Tablewood is where most monastic orders are found.. Settlements came and went over the years but the main historical event was the establishment of the goblin markets.
Said to reside in an enchanted underground vault, the goblin market is a fabled paradise for capitalistic ventures and those who seek the rarest and most powerful items.
Finding the market is no easy task as it's mobile, appearing and disappearing at seemingly random intervals. It is said that finding it means you will always be able to find it again.

A Land Of Riches
The Tablwood features deposits of gold and silver as well as marble, but extracting those resources takes often tedious negotiation with the tribes of the forest. Herbs, various produce, and the iron oaks are all found in The Tablwood as well, cultivated by the Wardens who frequent the land. Due to its proximity to the cities of Estoya, the settlements in the Tablwood use the same currency but bartering is considered far more beneficial. Life in the wilds is rough and a sack of coins just loads you down. The tablin understand the dangers of the natural world. The Tablwood has The monastic orders, who have long defended the wood and its inhabitants.
