Dark Vengeance Scenario 3 - Crossroads

Dark Vengeance Scenario 3 Crossroads   The Prisoner was less than helpful.   Sure, they had information, but it was about as trustworthy as a drunken fisherman’s Tale. According to them, the Black Knight was four paces high, breathed fire, and led Kehinnin on a leash. Frightening but not exactly helpful.   However, amongst all the babble and obvious trauma, there was one interesting bit of information: The prisoner, scrambling for cover and trying desperately to avoid the bloodshed, watched the Black Knight ride off to the northwest.   Being a person that knows your directions, your freeband knows that only one thing lies in that direction: The Soremna.   What could the Black Knight be headed towards? Surely not Karolis? Why would he ride into a town? If not Karolis, then what?   It's something you need to know. And if the Black Knight did go anywhere near the busy trade city, maybe someone else saw them or knows something about them.   Your next stop is Karolis, that bustling trade city on the eastern edge of the Soremna. Perhaps the other freebands hunting down survivors of the Black Knight’s last attack got worse information than you did. Maybe they received better info and are already on their way to Karolis.   Either way, it's time to break camp and be on your way.     Scenario 3 Looting Spree     GMs - I like to think of this scenario as your freebands running through Karolis looking for people who may have seen or heard rumors of the Black Knight. Once they are discovered, they are whisked away by your freeband to be interrogated away from prying ears and eyes. You can represent your Loot Markers with figures if you have civilians.
