Jalaba Anizar - The Archivists

The Archivists collect knowledge and facts, hoarding and revealing them to help the people of Faelon or avoid unnecessary bloodshed if they can. There is no more storied place than Nehvodim, whose history and demise are the subject of countless stories and legends.
The Archivists have long been interested in the ruins and had previously mounted expeditions to pry into the city. Each met with disaster, however, and at some point, the Archivist Council had decided to merely watch and bide their time before trying again.
One of the current members of the Archivist Council, Jalaba Anizar, has a fascination with Nehvodim and has independently tried to get into the city on several occasions. Each expedition failed, however, and the freebands he sent did not return.
Jalaba would not be deterred. He is a single-minded individual, bordering on obsession, especially when it comes to Nehvodim. He settled on leaving spies in cities around the Dathglar to report back on its status, and when it was obvious that power had shifted he was among the first to know.
He had even infiltrated the Assembly of Stone camp with his informants. When they began to move on Nehvodim, word was sent back to Kel Dashir and across the straits to Arajan. He immediately set out for the ruined city in the name of the Archivists, taking a small private army with him. His loyal freebands were already on site when Jalaba joined to lead them.
As a Traazorite academic, Jalaba isn’t always trusted by his fellow Council members. However, he is the best-placed member to begin searching the city for its truths, and probably the person most knowledgeable about Nehvodim in all of Faelon. Until the Council can meet to determine a further course of action, Jalaba is the only hope the Archivists have of recovering information from the ruins of the city.

Patron Rule
Well Educated:  Jalaba is rather exclusive when it comes to choosing a Freeband to work for him.  As a result, only the most educated and skilled Freebands come into his employment.  Any model that has selected Jalaba Anizar as their patron may add +3dl KNW to all skill and knowledge tests.
