Ngitye Umep Falls

Geography

The Atye river runs over the Kuneef Ridge in a series of 7 steps. Each step has a pool where the water gathers before moving on. The pools are shallow and cold, but are popular swimming spots. The valley it forms as it runs down the ridge is overgrown with tropical plants and trees the almost form a tunnel over the river.
