Triton

Originally from the Elemental Plane of Water, many tritons entered the Material Plane melinia ago in response to the grouping threat of evil elementals. Those tritons spread across Foralli’s oceans, protecting the surface from terrors in the deep. In the past few centuries, triton have become more involved with the politics of the surface, and those who did not grow up alongside the surface dwellers are often baffled by the array of alliances, rivalries, and petty grievances that prevent surface folk from truly unifying.
Tritons have webbed hands and feet, small fins on their calves, and coloration that favors blues and greens. Their hair tends to be kelp or algae green.
