Taern Hornblade

Taern Hornblade has lived an unnaturally long life by consuming potions of longevity. The wizard led Haleah for many years as the mayor of that city, but eventually ceded control to its current ruler when he was chosen to join the Council of Elion.
Taern has not lived this long by being rash. He is one of the most cautious delegates, knowing that the Empire is currently in a perilous situation. He will not take action, or commit resources to any cause, until he feels he has all the pertinent information at hand to inform his decision.
