Brainfreeze

4 year ago a new business was opened, called Sir Aye Cream Parlour, which the owner, Brondak Nightsunder, is selling Sweet Snow. There are many, but not every, who claim to have gotten ill from eating this treat.
The ones who fall ill, say they get a headache. However this headache occurs in the morning or when someone wakes up from sleeping. Those who say they have this illness, all say they have eaten Sweet Snow the day before, or when then last was awake.
Brondak claims he does not suffer from this when he eats Sweet Snow. He also denies all accusations of his Sweet Snow invention having an adverse effect on those who eat this magically frozen treat.

Cause

When the Parlour first opened, there weren't many known cases of Brainfreeze. However, as more people had eaten Sweet Snow the local church of Taria's Order begun to increasingly get reports of people feeling the effects of Brainfreeze.
Investigations are still underway for the exact cause. However, Taria's Order has created a remedy which can be applied to the sufferer of Brainfreeze.

Symptoms

The least people feel is a slight headache the next day. Other's claim to feel colder than usual, even on a hot summers day. In some extreme cases, particularly during the Sweet-Snow Challenge where more cases are being reported, people would get so cold they tremble despite how many layers or warmth is being applied.

Treatment & Research

Taria's Order has created a remedy to help eleviate the symptoms for the patient. However this comes at a price, as this is a potion which requires a not-so common ingredient Chilli Peppers; because this plant is not grown in Atharia. The cure was found after experimentations of creating potions which increase the drinker's body heat; as it turns out those with Brainfreeze has their body heat somehow altered. The order are still trying to find out if Sweet Snow is the cause or not.
