  Drawing inspiration from Japan, Hndi is the region seized by the SCP Foundation upon discovering the presence of entities known as "God whispers." Following the Abraxas flood, supernatural beings like yokai began to emerge, wreaking havoc on cities and towns. As Hndi reconstructed, it transitioned into a more technologically advanced civilization. Yet, its people chose to forsake most modern weaponry, reverting to their ancestral practices of harnessing secret arts and elemental magic. The SCP Foundation, finding themselves outmatched by these ancient techniques and unable to rely solely on firearms, implemented a law prohibiting Hndi civilians from possessing guns and driving vehicles, except for bikes. They believed this would give them a tactical advantage in capturing the elusive God whispers.
