I have to know the truth.River Delunde is a journalist for the Enquiries Weekly, published by The House of Adventurers. He has been heralded as a hero for uncovering unsavory businesses and high-status people squandering their privileged ranks.
FAMILY
River's family, his entire village, were attacked by monsters when he was little. River, his mother's parent and his little sister were the only people who survived the attack from his family. His grandparent took him and his little sister to Korda where they lived in peace until River turned 13. River's grandparent died of old age and River and his little sister was left alone. He did not want to end up in an orphanage with his sister because he was sure that they would be parted. So together with his sister, they left the tiny but comfortable little house their grandparent had provided for them. Secret past The children ended up on Siren street where River pretended to be a medium with psychic powers. He managed to fool a lot of people and ended up with a lot of money.
FRIENDS
He had several friends until he turned 13 and left home. After that he didn't have any close friends until he met The House of Adventurers at the age of 21 and joined their ranks. He's close friends with August, Maelwen, and Thean. He also has some friends outside of his House.EDUCATION
He learned to read a little bit before he turned 13 but after that, he did not have any formal education until he joined The House of Adventurers who paid for him to become educated to the newly minted profession of journalist. A job that he enjoys doing with his heart and soul.MOST IMPORTANT POSSESSION
A pen that August gave him before he joined The House of Adventurers. It's an old cheap pen but River still values it. Everything he has ever written he has used this pen for and he will be verklempt if anything were to happen the pen.
