The Northern Outposts were founded as part of an initiative by Elven King Cyllin to protect the Elven Kingdom from the threat of the Giants in the Neither Tundra. These outposts would be protected by the Paladin Order, the Knights of Yggdrasil, and the leading family, the Ylyndar Clan.
