Due to their magic and their ability to create potent poisons and potions, the Fairy King Narcissus expelled the Witches and the Covens of the Tree from the Fairy King's Wood and brands them as allies of Morgoth the Arch-Demon. This declaration begins the millennia of persecution of the Witches as they are seen as demon worshipers and users of demonic magic.
