Yorgen Veteran

The Yorgen legions defend the borders of Yorgen from all threats. With two of its major borders controlled by aggressive enemies, the legions are well funded and trained. Veterans value loyalty, bravery, and honesty.

Traits

Ability score increase: increase your Strength increases by 1
Martial Training: You have proficiency with Athletics or Survival
Stalwart's Endurance: When you roll a Constitution saving throw to resist being exhausted, you may add double your constitution bonus.
Stalwart's precision: While wielding a polearm or spear you may reroll 1's on your damage dice.
Stalwart's Gear: You are proficient with medium armor, shields, spears, pikes, halberds and glaives.
