Rainbow wisps

The rainbow wisps are a colorful form of fairy dragonfly, highly luminescent, and found swarming over large marshy areas at night. They bear a striking resemblance to dragonflies and are sometimes ridden as mounts by some of the smallest fey humanoids. Their colorful appearance makes them an audity in the swampy areas, but they use the ability to distract from their larva and to lure predators away from the young.
