Rathyock Tocysics - Artist

The most famous artist in the world is Rathock Tocysics, a master gnome painter. Known for his amazing realistic paintings, and his whimsical portraits that he does for fun, this painter can often be seen lugging around a portable ladder with built in easel on wheels. Attached to the ladder is his bag of painting supplies. His canvases he keeps in a haversack on his back, and strangely he never runs out of canvases.
Rathock is a rock gnome, thin in stature, a gaunt face, and a small blond goatee. His clothes are a strange mix of bright colors, yet quite attractive. He often wears a gray hat that looks like a smashed squash. In addition, Rathyock is energetic to the point of often being hyperenthusiastic. He will paint almost anything for money, and can be found wandering the streets of the world looking for stuff to paint.
Born to parents living in the mountains east of Ironholm, his parents would supply him with paints made from local materials, and they would provide animal hides to paint on. After time, they would scrape off the paint from older hides so they could be reused.
What make Rathyock so famous is the fact that he will paint portraits, both individual and group or family, to the wealthy people of the world. The level of reality is better than anyone else in the world. People think that he is so good due to his paint brushes being magical. Truth is he is just that good. The paint brushes are magical to make them easier to clean.
Rathyock is currently working on a book of paintings of the creatures of the known world. He is keeping this very secret, and until this book is done, he is less likely to be found among city streets, and more likely to be found in the wilds.
