Reveth's Shadows

Gliding silently through the night, the shade passed through the trees as if they were not there, for as far as the shade knew, there were no trees. They were not an obstacle to be overcome. The shadow sought out its goal, the shadow of a living creature from which it could suck the lifeforce of its owner. Reveth's Shadows were created by the ancient god Reveth prior to his passing with the purpose of collecting the power of creation from the other gods. Sent out in armies across the lands and seas, the shadows were ment to collect lifeforce and bring it back, but Reveth's death shortly after their creation at the maw of a massive wyrm, left the shadows masterless and wandering the lands with an insatiable hunger. They are easily killed with magic light, otherwise they are unharmed by any other source.
