Gileiqteril

First Month of the Year

Gileiqteril, or Gilei's month, is the 1st month of the year in the Hillenistic Calendar. It is named after Gilei Hillen, the martyr who gave his life to save the world from a dreadful invasion and whose death created the Hillenist branch of Abreanism. There are 33 days within the month, and it is preceded by Ailelpēh and followed by Bricteril. In Lethea, the 7th of Gileiqteril marks the beginning of spring.
