"Do you think there are yokai outside of Japan?" Jiro mused as he asked his friend Masa, an ushirogami—one-eyed yokai that sneaks up behind people to frighten them.
Masa stroked the long hair that fell over his face as if it was a beard. "Yes."
The surety of the answer made Jiro do a double take at Masa. "Why do you think that?"
"Haven't you seen the KyoJi promo posters with Big Foot on them?"
"This I have to see!" Jiro exclaimed.
So Masa pulled up the recruitment page for the school on his tablet and pointed to a picture labeled, "Sasquatch at Kinkachou."
"Whoa! Is his still here?" Jiro asked.
Masa nodded. "He teaches the Blending In To Human Society Class. I took the class and Sasquatch called American yokai, cryptids."
"So there really are yokai in other places. Are they in every country?"
Masa shrugged. "No clue. But what I want to know is if there are yokai in space!"
