Goddess of the Mooon

Most know the Present Moirai and the moon that is her home as Selene, though the goddess is made distinct as the Lady Silver. With every rotation of the moon around Ailion, she brings focus and repairs the torn Weave. Hers are the domains of action and fruition.

History

It's unknown why the Moirai survived the Dawn War, but some theorise that they existed before any other gods and their sacrifice is to physically inhabit the moons of Ailion and repair the Weave. The same theory holds that Lady Silver has existed for as long as there has been a present moment and should she ever vanish, no events could pass from future to past.

Worship

LIke the other Moirai, Lady Silver has shown no preference for her worshippers or contempt for those who oppose them. The Present happens to everyone, after all. Those who choose to dedicate themselves to her, or build temples in her honour, do so knowing that it's a gesture to the world and not her. These temples are places to appreciate life as it is. The priests are known for their ability to provide perspective. They meditate to feel one with all that's happening at that moment. Their teachings are to let go of what has passed and not dwell of what is yet to come.

Lady Silver is usually portrayed either as a full moon with her sisters as crescents partially hidden behind her and facing in opposite directions, or as a pale woman in simple garbs, holding some instrument of weaving. She's never given a positive or negative facial expression. Temples dedicated to her have stopped their time pieces.
