God of Travel, Commerce, Civilization and Greed

Lornan came into existence, as one of the last gods of their time. When people started to live together, they formed pockets of civilisation. They traded with each other, which gave birth to the god of Commerce and Civilization. They want every Mortal to come together, learn from each other and thrive. Together, people can achieve so much more than any single one of them ever could. Merchants, politicians, travelers, crafters and artisans - you can find them all among their followers.
Tenets of Faith
The Whole is strong. It's always stronger than its single parts. Work together and flourish.
Travel and see the world. Make new experiences, meet other cultures and learn from them.
Take what is rightfully yours. Ultimately, it will help the people around you.

Description

When appearing to Mortals, Lornan often takes the guise of a seasoned traveler or sailor. Their attire often mirroring the styles of countless cultures and civilisations scattered across the realms. Pouches and trinkets dangle from the belt, each containing pieces of wisdom gleaned from the vast experiences encountered during Lornan's eternal journey.   Those few who have seen Lornan's true divine form report of an ever shifting visage of countless species and genders - a constantly changing mosaic of features of people encountered on their journey. Their voice speaking in all languages simultaneous, transcending any linguistic barriers.

Morals

Lornan embodies the very essence of societal progress - an intricate dance between cooperation and individual ambition. He envisions a world where mortals unite, drawing strength from their collective endeavors. While other gods just watched and observed, he is right with us. Right in our midst. He is the traveler that asked for shelter at your home. He is the merchant telling stories from far lands. He is the one that slowly and gently guiding our hands to a brighter future for everyone.
— Priest or Lornan
At the center of Lornan's faith lies the belief that the whole is always more than its individual parts. His followers are encouraged to collaborate, recognizing that together, they can achieve feats far surpassing the capabilities of any individual. Simultaneously, Lornan encourages each individual to look after themselves as well. A society can't function if its parts are broken.   Additionally, Lornan encourages his followers to travel and explore the world. Learning from other civilizations and cultures, to broaden one's horizon. By venturing into the unknown, people not only enrich their own lives with new experiences, but also cultivate an understanding of diverse cultures. The god of travel beckons his followers to be open to these travelers, and provide shelter to them if needed.

"Take what is rightfully yours."
Well, isn't it ma boy Lornan who tricked people under the disguise of civilisation and commerce into a bloodshed because they thought that stuff over there is theirs and not of the people living there? :D

While Lornan usually despises wars and conflicts, as you should rather work together than against each other, they do recognize the need to sometimes take something against the owners will. Like what else are you supposed to do, when somebody else has something that's incredibly valuable for your society and they are just not sharing? If everybody abides by the tenants of Lornan, no war would be nessesary, but sadly not everyone does.

Reminds me a little of Prometheus. I like the Tennents of Faith with each of your gods - very inspiring for my own gods. Why did you choose this God, who actually seems to be rather unimportant to most people?

Thank you! Importance is always dependent on who you are asking. While not many people are actively praying for his blessing very often, Lornan is still a very important deity in day to day life. They are not only the Traveler, but also the representation of civilisation as a whole and as the deitiy of commerce, you are regularly interacting with their domain as well.

I think Lornan is currently my favourite god. I love his tenets, and I love that they appear in a variety of forms to different people.

The ever-changing visage is quite suited for a merchant god.
