Luchair, also known as The Shrouded Peaks, was the first county Haven to be founded on Earth in the wake of The Collapse.
Located in the shadow of the rockies, Luchair served as a case study for the Order of the New World upon their arrival on Earth and provided an invaluable frontier from which the Kindred were able to begin setting foot into their new world.
