Kindred vs. The United States of America

Civil action

15993C.E
12/6

In a landmark case, Valiant Holdings constructed a legal defense for all Kindred which would eventually rise to the level of the Supreme Court of the The United States of America. Arguing that the treatment of Kindred by the government of the United States was in violation of the Constitution of the United States of America, the Supreme Court was compelled to strike down the executive orders which had lead to their deportation & imprisonment.   Following the release of those imprisoned without due process & the establishment of their standing as 'equal' among humanity in the United States, a series of public complaints began to rise nationally. Shortly after the case, an investigation was commissioned by the attorney general's office into the operations & holdings of Valiant - throwing them into the spotlight of the local government.
