Aurelian Pigeon Network
These sweet little birds are my life, a complete delight to work with and find homes for. Just don't forget to pick up your shipment of mountain corn.A common method for sending written word from one place to the next in the Kingdom of Arsavela is on the wings of pigeons, which have been kept and bred in the region for centuries. These clever creatures know the lands of their homes and always return home for their delicious treats.
I beg you.
Primary Form of Communication
These carrier pigeons are frequently used to this day by the families of the Harvest Belt to communicate with one another across the region, and city officials in Aurel frequently use them to deliver important messages to nearby settlements and cities. Different breeds of pigeon have been bred for this purpose throughout the ages of their use, some with different innate skills, or unique appearances, with wide ranges in all regards. Certain families spent a considerable amount of time across generations to breed pigeons of different color and form so as to differentiate their messengers from those of other families. Some have claimed that this was to avoid accusations of stealing the birds of others, but anyone knowledgable of the carrier pigeon training process would be aware that these birds would simply return and remain home the moment they were released.Gilded Pigeon
Native to the city of Aurel is the Aurelian gilded pigeon, named for gold stripes which adorn their wings. Beloved in their home city, these refined-looking pigeons were once bred from the hard-working messenger pigeon commonly employed by the city's officials. Though beautiful, the selective breeding which gave the birds their distinctive golden sheen came at the cost of their intelligence and sense of direction, making them one of the first breeds of Aurelian pigeon sought after only for their appearance. Other less attractive breeds which suffered the same diminished intelligence did not fare as well, many of which can be seen littering the streets of the city.Aurel

Very nice drawing, I love it for its outline shape and its parchment background. Harvest Belt is a geographical part, I was left with that doubt.
Thank you! I do need to write about the Harvest Belt some time, and I look forward to doing so soon!
