The Dawnsingers are members of the Voices of Hope, a subsect of the Church of Dawn.

Menders of Souls

This profession is one of song and hope, and those who take up this mantle often devote their lives to the pursuit of a better world, starting with the heart and soul of the individual. Making use of spoken word and song, Dawnsingers bring healing to struggling people by uplifting their spirit, while the Dawnmenders, of the Dawnmender Accord, tend to their bodies and physical ailments.

Far Travelers

This is a profession which takes the committed far from home, as they travel the world in search of people to aid. As dark times fall on Malkora, however large or small, the singers and menders of the Church of Dawn endeavor to get the victims of circumstance back on their feet again, no matter the challenge. Because these healers travel to and through dangerous locations on a regular basis, they are accompanied by the Dawnwardens, the Church of Dawn's defensive force. Though the primary purpose of this force is to defend the people they've traveled to assist, they consider it an equal duty to ensure their comrades make it to destinations safely.

Different Paths

Though many do devote their lives to this mission, members of the Church are free to withdraw from their role at any time, should the profession not suit them or the way they live. Healing is most effective from a heart that believes in it.

Hymns of the New Dawn

Vosra, the New Dawn, predates the other gods of Malkora by a fair margin; even her Champions of the Dawn only arose decades after her arrival was known, ascending to godhood after decades more, still.
Many of the hymns sung by the Dawnsingers of the Voices of Hope are songs heard from the goddess herself, during prayer and in communion with the divine. These ancient songs graced ancient ears, likely even in the era of the Antecedents, and continue to be sung in the modern day.

The arts have always had a way of healing the soul, especially when left in capable hands.

The Well-Traveled Bard

One known Dawnsinger, albeit a former one, is Sylviro Halder, known now as the "well-traveled bard." Once a member of the Voices of Hope, he now travels the world on his own terms, carrying with him still the mission of the Dawnsinger profession he left behind. The Voices of Hope showed him that there was power in passion and sharing it with others, and thus he travels far and wide to experience what the world has to offer, and in exchange provides his healing services.
