Lycanthropy
Lycanthropy is a status condition in which the afflicted becomes attuned to nature through the elements, as a result- gains the ability to shift into an elemental form of a chosen element to dish out the fury of nature.
The condition itself is incredibly rare, and is induced by magical means only. The main crew who are affected are those who study the elements as a way of magic, or Elementalists for short.
When shifted into an elemental form, there is no opposing element to inflict against weakness, rather- elements will compound and turn into much larger threats.
To put into simple terms, Lycans are friggin whack.
