Session 35: Beyond Fae Bacon Report

General Summary

• After taking a short rest, Gleam and Glister light the beacon and return to the carnival together.
  
  
• Skipper casts Zone of Truth to get to the bottom of if Mr. Ash Fox really did spit on Clyde’s back at the beginning of the adventure. Ash refuses to confirm or deny anything.
  
  
• The group finds some useful magical items that are dispersed amongst everyone before heading towards the Palace of Heart’s Desire. B.E.E.T.U.S. drops us off just as we catch a glimpse of a green dragon darting into the palace.
  
  
• The gates at the palace had what the group thinks might be a riddle on them, "The lion or the hart must wear the crown, but which one should weigh it down?" We also learned that the sword that can defeat the green dragon is in Zybilna’s possessions at the top of the beanstalk.
  
  
• Savvy investigates the area of the lawn of the palace and we determine that the entire palace is likely under the same time stop magic that we know Zybilna to be under. We meet some guests in the pavilion having a party, all of which are waiting to visit Zybilna. Jinx and Savvy discover that the standing stones in the garden are actually a teleportation circle.
