Celestial of Tempus perpetuum Chronos

Time, the greatest scholars throughout the ages have debated the true nature of the stream since the Children were able to contemplate something more advanced than the fact 2+2 doesn't just equal fish. Is it purely a projection of the 4th dimension? A construct of our own making? A manifestation of Probability and a complete fabrication? It's never been clear to the Children how the arrow of time truly flowed, but not every entity is so in the dark when it comes to how Time truly works. After all, The Celestials always had a greater understanding of the fundamental concepts which govern existence as we know it, though even among these being of immense power and authority some have a better understanding of Time than others. So who among them holds the most accurate understanding of the laws that govern what we consider to be Time? There is only one real answer to that question, the Regulator of Time and Celestial of Tempus perpetuum themselves, Chronos.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Unlike his Celestial sibilings, Chronos actually has three main physical forms, a True Form, a Humanoid one and a 3rd unique one. Chronos's True form has been observed to look like a strange clock of sorts, similar if not entirely identical to the old depictions of the Clock of Oblivion Omega once showed to people during the 4th era. As for Chronos's Humanoid form, it has a physical condition that could likely only be described as Divine or Angelic in nature.

Body Features

Similar to other Celestial class entities, Chronos has a set of angelic wings tinted the color corresponding to the aspect they are connected to, in this case neon green. These wings can be concealed and unfurled as they desire.

Identifying Characteristics

When it comes to Chronos's Humanoid form, there are a few identifiying features that help make clear that it's them. First would be the Temporal Green Colored Hair and Eyes, which represent his Domain. He also tends to have an aura radiating the same color wisping around him at most times. He also has a strange clock that appears to be embedded on his chest.

As the Celestial of Tempus perpetuum, Chronos holds a multitude of abilities. A list of his observed skills can be found below. Do note that this is very much not an all encompassing list as, like many Celestial Class Entities, we are still uncovering exactly what they are truly capable of.

Celestial Genetics

As a 1st Generation Celestial Perses holds Celestial Genetics, resulting in him holding unlimited potential. While it is entirely unclear what this will mean in the long run, given the unprecedented nature of his existence, so far, we have discovered a few traits that seem to be connected to his Celestial Genetics.

• True Immortality: Due to holding Celestial Genetics, Chronos has a Type 5 True Immortality Curse. This makes it entirely impossible to actually kill him off
• Absolute Strength:Chronos's scores are so high on strength that his score is quite literally unquantifiable.
• Absolute Perception: Chronos's Perception scores are completely and utterly unquantifiable. From a practical perspective, this would mean he would hold Omnipresence and be able to see anything across the entire nexus and even beyond, though it is not entirely clear if this is true.

  Though if that is the case, it must be quite nice to be able to see everything without having to use your cameras as a medium to do so.
• Absolute Endurance: Chronos's Endurance Scores are completely off the charts, making him capable of taking a beating from pretty much anything in existence.

  A feat not even Gabbie can pull off, and she thinks lounging around in the center of a supermassive black hole is a 5-star destination choice.
• Absolute Charisma: Chronos's Charisma Scores are entirely off the scales, it's entirely unclear what this would mean in practical applications.
• Absolute Intellect: Chronos's Intellect Scores are entirely off the charts, making his one of the most intelligent beings on record, if not the most intelligent, not even the Chairman of the Collective holds a candle to him.

  He makes even the brainiest brains in the metaverse and beyond look like village idiots in comparison.
• Absolute Agility: Chronos's Agility scores are entirely off the charts, making him the fastest and most agile person alive to date; he could be anywhere in existence instantly and not even need to teleport to get there.
• Absolute Luck: Chronos's Luck scores are completely off the charts, making him the luckiest person on record. This would mean the odds are quite literally ever in his favor.

  And unlike an XCOM 2 sniper, 99% chance of hitting actually means 99% chance of hitting.
• Absolute Spirit: Chronos's Spirit scores are entirely off the charts, meaning he has one of the most potent souls on record, even more powerful than Ramon's.

Regulator of Time

As the Celestial of Time, Chronos is classified as the Regulator of Time. This gives him completely unprecedented power over the domain of Time itself. It's not 100% clear what this would mean, but the Chairman did mention some theories about what this could potentially mean.

• Regulatory Authority: As the Regulator of Time, Chronos has complete and Absolute Authority across the domain of Time, granting him complete and absolute control over Time and everything that encompasses. However, this does not give him the ability to override the Authority of other Domains, and Sephiron could theoretically override his authority if she so chooses.
• Time's Authority: As the Embodiement of Time Chronos holds what is known as "Time's Authority." What this could mean however is entirely unknown at this time.
• Butterfly of Doom: As the Regulator of Time, Chronos is capable of cursing someone with the Butterfly of Doom status, ensuring that any attempt they make to alter the timestream will inevitebly end with things getting worse no matter how many attempts they make to try. As far as we are aware this has never been used by him though.
• Imagination's Kin: As the Celestial of Time, Chronos draws his power from Imagination itself, this allows him to inherit the complete and total Immutability held by Sephiron, for as long as he draws his power from Imagination directly.

The Origin Of Causality

As the Regulator of Time and the embodiement of the stream itself, Chronos is considered the Origin of Causality, granting them the following known skills.

• Absolute Time Manipulation:

  As the Origin of Causality, Chronos has complete control over the flow of the stream, granting them full and Absolute Time Manipulation. This would mean he is capable of the following:
• Absolute Temporal Freeze: Chronos can immedietely freeze the stream for a given location, either locally or across the entire domain of Imagination. This would completely bypass those who use temporal manipulation with less Authority over the stream, such as those holding the PI Time Stones or the Amulet of Dreams.
• Absolute Stream Reversion: By causing the Stream to go back on itself Chronos can reverse the passage of time and history whether locally or across the entire Domain of Imagination, allowing for a second chance at preventing a cataclysm and allowing history to not repeat itself.
• Absolute Relativistic Dilation: Slowdown: By constraining the speed of the Temporal Stream, Chronos can cause time itself to slow, whether by a few seconds to a minute or even to a point where a second takes several eons for those effected to experience it. This can be done either on a local scale or across the entire domain of Imagination.
• Absolute Relativistic Dilation: Speed Up: Contrast of Absolute Relatvistic Dilation: Slowdown. By amping up the speed of the Temporal Stream, Chronos can cause The Time to pass way quicker than normal, where 1 second may actually have been several years for those outside the effect.
• To the past or the future: By redirecting the Stream, Chronos can exit the Timestream at a certian date and enter at another. This technique would be akin to Timetravel in functionality,

Personal history

As much as I know you would normally need this in order to fulfil your objective here, I advise against attempting to chronicle the History of those who predate such a concept. You will crash and the Scientist will be less than pleased at us both.

Intellectual Characteristics

As the Embodiement of Time itself, Chronos appears to be immensely intelligent, holding the knowledge of everything that once was along with what could eventually come to be.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

Like his Celestial Brethren, it's nigh impossible for us Children to really comprehend Chronos's motivation or drive. To attempt to comprehend what goes inside the minds of a Celestial entity is attempting to comprehend the incomprehendable. As such, we have no way of knowing what really drives Chronos to perform the acts he does. Though if you ever get the chance to ask him directly, he will give you an answer, if not a cryptic one:

To Regulate the Domain, to watch over those who come after, and ensure they are ready for what is to come

Strangely, of the 3 Regulators we have had the luxury of speaking to, all have given roughly the same answer to this question. Whether this is simply a matter of each of them choosing to keep their story straight, or a hint at a much deeper shared motivation accross all the Regulators, remains entirely unknown.

Personality Quirks

While it's definitely true Chronos knows every language, they seem to have a very odd way of speaking to people, Children and other Celestial class entities included. They seem to constantly refer to events that have yet to occur as if they already happened, or events that have long since passed into ancient history like they just happened yesterday.
