Spooktober Hub 2024

Welcome one and all to SPOOKTOBER!

Every year, World Anvil runs an event during the spooky month of October. This event is known as Spooktober, a time for creating the scary and terrifying things that exist within each and every world that exists.
October, also just so happens to be my birthday month, a time when I adore joyous celebrations and remember the profane and dark parts of existence.
For the past two years I have taken part in Spooktober, but still not managed to claim a badge due to unforseen circumstances. This year, the goal is different, to complete ALL the prompts with a level of cohesion that allows for me to enjoy the fruits of my labor.
My goal is to complete the majority of my 30 prompts in the darkest area of my world, Xhen-dra, a nation of darkness and shadows. However, I will also aim to include creatures and settlements from closer to Ossalimar, the setting of my current TTRPG campaign, and Kyradon, the setting of my current work in progress novel.
This article will act as my hub, a place where I can store all the articles and some notes about what I'd like to do next with them. Listed below will be the prompts as they are completed in numerical order. (So if you see prompt 5 and then prompt 14, i'm working on prompts 6 - 13 soon!) My hope is that in keeping myself up to date on this, I will create some new habits surrounding writing and worldbuilding overall.
Each entry will be in a "hub" article to allow me to work with multiple templates while still qualifying for a badge. Additionally, as I get inspired over these weeks, I will be able to add multiple articles to these hubs!
