With no resolve to the 1207 Kavirian Civil War, the area of the Kaviri Highlands is declared as Regalia Pretactra by the Ambassador College and Estrerra. With the request of representatives from the Earldom of Dris, control over Draxig and it's immediate territories is given to the Kadian Dominion to be managed by the Inquisition on their behalf.
