Clan Telnarthor is a High Elven clan that leads the Kingdom of Halanhar and serve as the Lorekeeper of elven cultures in Halanhar Forest.

Culture

Circa 250 AC, the leaders of the clan began adhering to the teachings of Asal Kianmehr and in the process greatly contributed to the spread of Oscilaism amongst the High Elven population.
