Dean

A Dean is the title of the pedagogical head of an Ivory Coalition institution. They are employed in academic administrations with significant authority over a specific academic unit, over a specific area of concern, or both.

Qualifications

A dean must posses a First Degree in educational teaching with a Master Diploma in either finance or sociology. They must also have at least 10 peer reviewed and published papers relevant to education, management or business. Finally, they must also be faculty members of an Ivory Coalition establishment. A candidate that pass all the required qualifications is brought before a committee of existing professors and deans as a final step.
