Goran II Kracon is the current ruler of Arvernfel and the Arch Duke of Krac. An alumni of the Concertivish Ostigi (aka CCOS), he is deemed as a man of culture, diverting budget from military spendings towards education. He succeeded his father, Goran I Kracon, in 1560, his reign ending in 1606.
