Omniscope

An omniscope is a general purpose scrying apparatus, often used as means to extend range of vision, scry on a specific location, person or object, or see into other dimensions and planes. The Observatory of Mirag is the largest omniscope in existence, capable of glimpsing even into semi-parallel planes and improbable vector spaces such the Otherwhere.
