Peian (Pe-Ee-An)
The Peians are an Hobgoblin prominent ethnicity and culture that is mostly endemic to the Hegemony of Xesian. The Peian culture is the biggest and most widespread out of all hobgoblin's cultures around Edora. It also differs from most other hobgoblin cultures by its emphasis on militarized rituals above most shamanistic behaviors.
