Pretactra Legalis

The Pretactra Legalis, or Legal Protector is a title given to a person in charge of managing a Regalia Pretactra, ensuring the territory's stability and the safe conduct of their international affairs. The Pretactra Legalis is usually overseen by an outside observers, such as the Ambassador College, Pacificatoers or the Conclave of Magi.
