Ship's Maiden

In Agam'an society, the traditional role of a ship's quartermaster is fulfilled by the oldest women with no children. While most accept it begrudgingly, some do so gladly and even strive to one day be their ship's maiden.

If a ship's maiden is pregnant, she is dismissed immediately.
