Telvani

Telvani originally started as a remote outpost for the sick and unwanted but proved to be located in a pivotal location for timber cutting and river transportation. By erecting a series of dams, the city almost single-handedly made the Diveri River navigable. The city is an almost lawless trade hub of travelers who leave the Agaman Bay or return from the Shifting Desert to the north. It is split in three part that are connected with raise bridges. The northern part remains free while the eastern part is under the control of the Hegemony of Xesian and the south is under control of Northern Amarris, who installed the the kingdom's capital in their part.
