Terra Pacetora

Terra Pacetora is a term used to describe areas where military actions are officially banned. The term was first used by the Pacificatores to establish communal areas in the Free Cities where members of warring factions can still conduct their adjacent business or daily lives without fearing persecution from the other. The term is also used outside of the Free Cities, although this use is rarely done officially, and its meanings and interpretations may vary.
