The 9th Grandmaster

The 9th Grandmaster, or the 9th, is one of the 9 Grandmasters that form the Council of Grandmasters of the Conclave of Magi. Unlike other Grandmasters who are elected by the Branch Overseers, they are appointed by the Arch-Mage and can not vote unless it is to solve a draw. They are also tasked with the welfare, well being and legal representation of all the Conclave of Magi's students.
