Arass Patisserie

Arass Patisserie is the sacred dish of the Tailor, baked and served each Threadmas. Literally “Tapestry Pastry”, this intricate pie is decorated with delicate strips of coloured pastry lattices. Each individual strand is so thin that weaving them together requires stitching. The result is a detailed tapestry that reveals a picture decoration when baked. The most common image to adorn the Arass Patisserie is a rose gold needle pulling thread against a field of embroidered green and purple, the holy symbol of the Tailor.
