Þora Dagsdatter is the current Union Elder of Bjagríki, a position that she was elected for in 307 AU when she was just 22 years old, making her the youngest leader of the union to date. Born in her father's, the chieftain of Kálðir's, home in the Fjords of Fennen, Þora remained her father's only child until his unexpected death during the Vítnifi festival in 304 AU which left Þora as his successor already at the age of 19.

Reluctant Fearmongerer

Following her coronation, Þora was well aware that she had a chance to become the leader of the entirety of the Bjagríki Union, and she dreaded the thought. Unfortunately for her, the elderly union elder who had ruled for all of her life had passed away a few years later.
Despite being inexperienced and hesitant to rule, Þora ended up winning the election since, as per tradition, the vote was up to a coin flip. Her opponent, Folki Gnupasen, accepted the decision gracefully, offering his advice and assistance to Þora after congratulating her on the victory.

Lies and Guilt

Thrust into a perilous position, Þora Dagsdatter spent the first week or two of her reign hiding and recovering from the intense panic she had endured. Unsure on how to deal with the pressure, she looked to the past and ruled as her predecessor had, with deceit and fear.
Being in such a position of power allowed her to uncover some disturbing realities connected to what the previous leaders had done to keep the union united, and she dreaded the day she would have to do anything as dishonourable. Prior to her ascention to the throne Þora valued truth and justice, but the crown on her brow and the burdens she bears have forced her to defy her own morals and such decisions have chipped away at her during her reign, causing her to ocasionally isolate from world to deal with the conflicts in her mind and heart.
