Clocktower
It's practically a death sentence. Once you go in, you never come out.
Originally a simple manner of keeping time as its name implied, the Clocktower was retrofitted with the advent of Chronomancy to become Peritons greatest prison by Winnow. Only those deemed irredeemable, those that the CC believe will only cause great unavoidable harm, are sent within the tower. It's prisoners are trapped in a moment of time, just out of sync with the rest of the world. Due to its long history of not being in inescapable prison, other countries will occasionally send their own trouble prisoners Periton in the hopes of their problem being dealt with, causing the Clocktower to hold a reputable array of criminals from around the world. While many attempts have been made to free it's numbers, the Guild and later Sentinels, such as the Hangman, would throw everything they had to prevent such an outcome.
